It was built for a Canadian railroad back in the 1950s, but in more recent years was picked up by the KCS to be used to pull their business train, which KCS executives and their guests (politicians, customers, prospective customers) ride on occasion. Location: Thrasher, a short siding on the northern outskirts of Victoria. |
